I am looking into different forum software and heavily considering XF2. I don't have a license yet, but I was looking to try developing for it (as explained here) before I make the final decision to purchase it. Is it possible to download some sort of demo version to my computer so I can try developing in a virtual machine (not hosted online)?

Access to the source code isn't available for people without a license
