Won't fix Denormalized username & userid in conversations are not being updated when renaming user

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new User with a unique name
2. Start a conversation with that new user
3. Delete the user created in step 1 and chose to rename it before deletion
4. Access /conversations

Expected Result
A conversation with 2 participants (You and Deleted member XXX) is being shown without a profile link for the deleted user

Actual Result
A conversation with 2 participants (You and Original Username) is being shown with a link to a non-existing profile

This is a known issue in XF 1.x and is resolved in XF 2.0.
