XF 2.2 Delta import - or how to deal with it?

Good day

since XenForo really is excellent to migrate, I played around for a few hours in my test installation and I am more or less done.

Now ideally there would be a possibility for a delta migration to import the delta between when I dumped the vBulletin database this morning to when I want to go live with the new forum, but I learned this is not possible.

So I ask myself: is it somehow possible to keep all settings and "just" reimport the whole thing or do I have to start from stratch when I migrate the production site?

I was looking for an "export settings" button but did not find one

We cannot do it using CLI right? like php cmd.php xf-dev:export --addon XF?
