Fixed Deleting an attachment does not log an edit

As stated.

A member promotes in a discussion with an image. Moderator clicks edit, deletes attachment, saves. No edit history is logged (no edited message in post).

PS. Happens with editing the title as well.

Post edit history only pertains to the post content itself so by design it doesn’t cover the thread title.

Thread titles being edited is logged as a moderator action in the moderator log though.

I think perhaps the biggest issue here is that there is no logging for attachments being deleted. This wouldn’t be in the post edit history either, but we should perhaps log it as a moderator action so I will leave the bug report open.
