Cannot reproduce Deleting a widget does not delete it's title phrase

I can't reproduce this. I created a new widget called "aaaa" (not attached anywhere). It created a "widget.aaaa" phrase in the master language. I then deleted it and the phrase was deleted.

Can you provide steps to reproduce this?
