How can I delete all my test threads in the forum, I have deleted all the forums, but the threads are in the system somewhere...

Ok and how do I do that, through PhpMyAdmin?

    You might want to wait.
Seems like Jake doesn't advise it.

Ok, I have already deleted the threads through the php myadmin... It was only 4 test threads.

You should have deleted them from the front end.

Editing tables in phpMyAdmin isn't practical as there are many tables which are linked.

    There is
    • xf_news_feed
    • xf_post
    • xf_thread
    • xf_thread_user_post
just to name a few that have post information.
Wouldn't it have been easier to export your style if you had one and create a new forum?

Yeah threads have many joined records. You should delete them through the inline moderation system on the front end.
