Lack of interest Default messages for new threads

(I searched for this feature in this forum and the forum settings itself, but I don't think it's being suggested or implemented yet):

I'd like to specify a default message for a forum when a user is about to create a new thread.
For example, we have a forum where users can report a bug.
It would be great to have something like this:

Put a summary of the bug here:

What I expected to happen:

What actually happened:

Enter the steps to reproduce this behavior here:
1. ...
2. ...
3. ...

And if possible, a customizable thread title as well.
This would greatly improve the organization and readability of the threads in a particular forum.

I am sorry if this feature is already present in any way and I appreciate your eventual consideration of this feature.

Yep, this looks like exactly what we need. Would be neat to implement this in the regular version of the XenForo software though.
