Not a bug Default avatar to image

In my latest new forum, I've can't seem to set the default avatar for a member ever since upgrading to the latest version. Not sure if this is on my end or due to the upgrade.

Prior the update (2.2.15) it did work.

To be honest, I understand it being easy to miss the nuance here with options overriding style properties. It’s a little bit convoluted so don’t worry!

Where is this even at? I just want to change the Default ? avatar for new members, To the one I made. but I can't find in admin CP where the settings are in this screen shot

Acp > setup > options > user registration

you're in avatars in style properties.

You have to disable dynamic avatars first. /admin.php?options/groups/usersAndRegistration/
