Dedicated Host Recommendations?

I'm not to thrilled with my current host and am trying to find better options. I basically have a wordpress with XF site and am paying $110/month for the following:

Core i7 Quad Core I7-860 2.8 GHz 8 GB DDR3-1333 SDRAM
First Hard Drive: 1 TB SATA HDD (7200 RPM)
20 TB Bandwidth
100 Mbps Uplink Port Speed
4 IPs (Included)
CentOS 6.5 - 64 Bit
cPanel

It's unmanaged, and I think it would be wise if I had a managed server going forward (and preferably located in the US) . I'd also need my current website transferred intact.... I'd appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!

Cant recommend anything in the US but Nimbus Hosting gets all my recommendations nowadays.

I use ReliableSite and very highly recommend them, their custom control panels are excellent.
