XF 2.3 Date and time format, always use d/m/Y

I've configured the date and time format in the ACP using the expression: d/m/Y

However, I want to apply this expression every time I create a thread, and I don't want phrases like:
HTML: 
Tuesday at 5:05 PM
Today at 4:19 AM
16 minutes ago
Etc.

Is this possible? Thx.
