Can you be more specific? I don't recall having this issue with 1.3.0.

@Ozzy47 any chance you may pick up development of this add-on since @Hoffi retired last year ...or possibly create your own with similar functioning. Used a few node icon add-ons for XenForo over the years and they all seem to go unsupported after awhile.

...add-on is still reported as unmaintained, so I wasn't sure of its' future

Yes I have kept it as unmaintained. Though if you find any issues in it, feel free to report. It will be fixed and will be updated for xf 2.3 as well.

Running into a bug with BBCode Icons.
I have a Task List custom bbcode where I have selected the fa-tasks FontAwesome icon.

When I view this item in the list dropdown where it's intended to display, the icon is missing. Examining the html code for it reveals that the actual icon is fa-fa-tasks.

Changing the class to fa-tasks causes the entry to show up just as expected.

How can I fix this?

Edit: this is affecting all custom BBCode. They display fine in the ACP, such as in the bbcode button manager, but they break when displaying them in the front-end wysiwyg editor.

@Hoffi This addon no longer works with the XF 2.3 version. Both the Core Library and Node Icons & Tools addons are enabled, but there is no longer any options within the nodes section in ACP to upload or add icons/images for node icons.

Already updated for 2.3 only pending core add-on. Which I have also figured out how I'm going to do using default XF functions. So by the end of this month I will try to update the core addon, so that preview of icons works perfectly.
