Hi, I bought a Xenforo licence yesterday and bought the $50 installation service about an hour ago. I'm wondering,

▪How long does it take for customer care to get back?

▪How long does installation take?

▪I applied for the installation service, as I am only on an Android phone and will not have a new desktop for another few weeks. Can the Xenforo installation service allow me to use it without the need for a desktop/ laptop for the foreseeable future?
