I just added this to the custom user fields and despite following the instructions, I can't seen to get it to appear at all. (ghostroaster.com)

I've changed all the urls to the correct absolute addresses but still nothing.
At first I thought maybe it was just the Flag update, however even adding a basic custom field to 'Personal Details', like a single-line text box doesn't even show up in my profile. Strangely though, both options are selectable:
I took a look at the source code and it isn't being displayed.
Do changes to SQL take time to update?
Can someone please help me to troubleshoot this issue? I've been at it all morning and I'm completely stumped now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
