XF 2.2 Custom User Field In Profile Header

Anyone know how i can get custom user fields to show in here?

I think i have some code for this but am ha ing trouble finding the template? Any idea's?

Also can it be made conditional? So if a gender field said "Male" only show an "M" in this header bit. Hopeing to get something like
