Custom Thumbnail Upload and Media Order

1. For the self hosted videos, it would be nice to have an option to upload own desired thumbnails.

2. I have not found such an option yet, so apologies if I overlooked it. Making it possible to arrange media thumbs in any desired order could be useful for some.
