XF 1.3 Custom Spoiler button text

Right now the code:

[SPOILER="Click to Show"]Text[/SPOILER]

gives

Spoiler: Click to Show

Text

How do I remove the text "Spoiler:" and just make the button show "Click to Show"
also, editing the hover over text "Click to reveal or hide spoiler"

Please could someone guide me through creating a New Custom BB Code to do this?

I had never thought of doing this until you mentioned it, but now that you do it seems like a good idea - not all users will know what a "Spoiler" is!

I found it by looking in the following:

ACP > Appearance > Search Phrases

Then search for "spoiler" and there will be one simply called spoiler. You can edit this to show whatever text you like.

Edit: This is on xenforo 1.3.5
