As designed Custom fields are not included in thread preview

Perhaps this is by design but I can't imagine why.

I have custom fields showing for quick thread, but my issue is that for even normal thread creation, custom fields aren't rendered in preview.

The preview functionality is only designed to preview what is written in the rich text editor for the thread's first message or a reply. It's not designed to extend to previewing other things attached to the thread such as custom fields and polls.

Ok but it seems like a strange decision since the custom fields are very much a part of the final post, much more so than a poll, especially with formatting.
