Custom Fields and Signature

Hi there,

I would like to add a custom signature bar to all of my users profiles. With this bar, I would like it to pull some information from the users profile and display it. Here is an example.

|TV: SouthPark | | Net: Xenforo | | Something: 44 |

When each section is clicked, it will take them to a thread that the user specified. So "South Park" "Xenforo" and "44" are what the user typed into the field. "TV" "Net" and "Something" is the name of the option field. But, I would like "South Park" "Xenforo" and "44" to link to pages the user filled in. EG

South Park - www.southpark.com
Xenforo - www.xenforo.com
Something - www.something.com

Then, I want that information to be displayed neatly in the users signature.

Is this possible?
