Not totally obvious but it’s basically the same bug as this:

Third party - Paste clean up functions not working as expected on iOS

We recently fixed an issue that potentially affected unfurling URLs with iOS which happened because a HTML version of the link is pasted into the editor on iOS which then prevents that link unfurling. You can read more about that here...
