Duplicate Cursor not immediately focusing in “update status” on own profile page

when viewing own profile page, go to update status.

click/tap once - cursor is not focused.

click / tap a second time - cursor is focused ready to accept typing.

This was already reported here. It's the same issue:

Fixed - Lightbox comments/profile posts dont focus the RTE when clicked first time

As title, seems to effect media gallery items and profile posts. Clicking first time activates the RTE but doesnt set the cursor focus, that takes a second click.
