XF 2.3 CSS don’t seem to be working on user groups

I created user groups and promotions. I then added the user group CSS and they don’t seem to be working.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks. Can’t believe that I didn’t notice that.

It has worked for a couple of groups, some are not showing even though I have run the cron entries.
