Crons not running

Okay so I've disabled all crons except the feeder but it is still stopping.

Is this fixed in v1.2.2 or is it still a bug in the software?

I'm running version 1.2.1 and no server errors have been logged.

I'll upgrade and see how it goes. I am using about 20 XMLs so it may just be too large.

Okay so it stopped again on XF 1.2.2

1. User Group Promotions Next Run: Oct 5, 2013 at 2:20 AM
2. Feeder Next Run: Oct 5, 2013 at 2:22 AM
3. Rebuild Board Totals Counter Next Run: Oct 5, 2013 at 2:23 AM

With those three at the top, there's no server errors but it's only because I feed in a lot of educational data that I notice when it stops feeder is set to run any time. Should I submit a support request?

I'd have to recommend reducing the number of feeds you pull in if it's consistently happening or at least look out for the feeds that are particularly slow. Your feeds are taking more than 2 minutes to pull in each time and then the script is likely just failing because it times out. The actual feed run time out issue isn't something that's going to be new -- it's likely entirely independent of 1.2.

I'll look at making further tweaks for future versions.

Thanks for the update, the feeds aren't the only cron stopping it seems to be stopping all of them my top 3 this time were:

1. Rebuild Board Totals Counter Next Run: Oct 8, 2013 at 5:23 PM...
2. Gallery update view counters Next Run: Oct 8, 2013 at 5:30 PM
3. ...Update View Counters Next Run: Oct 8, 2013 at 5:30 PM

Thanks also for looking into tweeking it, I'll just disable some feeds for now.

Yeah 1.2.3 it's a really odd problems and I'm only noticing it when the feeder stops running, it seems to be irrespective of what cron is scheduled next.

Well, the feeder is now time limited and there are further changes, so I don't think that all the crons should be stopping entirely with the changes.

If you want to submit a ticket with ACP/FTP details, I can try to do some debugging.
