XF 2.2 Cron Jobs using URL

I'm starting to get this message showing - There are scheduled jobs outstanding which have not run. My forum is relatively new and not very active. I noticed an option to have the Cron jobs run by an external server. I have access to Cron jobs on my hosting, but they require a url. I also have access to EasyCron but not sure how to set this up with the parameters shown in the ACP. Any help on this topic would be appreciated.

If it requires a URL and it just shoots off an http request to that URL then you probably just need to direct that towards <your_forum_url>/job.php.
