XF 1.1 Cron feeder not running

My cron feeder is not running any more and I don't know why "Feeder Next Run: Aug 4, 2013 at 2:52 PM" yet nothing was posted. If I manually run it all the feeds get posted. I have noticed that I am getting loads of this error all the time so I am not sure if this has anything to do with it

Looks like I have 22 pages of the above error

That looks related to an add on called post on report.

I have removed the hyperlinks from the text to stop people clicking them.

Do you still get the error when the addon is disabled?

I cleared all those errors and nothing more has come up. It is now still the feeder that is not posting that is the big issue

Which feed URLs do you have defined?

I have a few but as I say if I manually run the cron they all post as they should, here they are.

They all used to post without any problems but just seemed to stop. I also have some of these running on my VB4.2 site and they work without an issue. For all I know none of the cron jobs could be running now that I am thinking about it

Look at the cron next run times. They're ordered by their next run time (earliest first). Are the dates/times in the past?

Well this is the thing with the feeder it seems to show it is due to run on schedule but nothing posts. Then the next run time will show as if it did post. If I then run it manually it will post all the previous feeds thatbshould have posted.

Now it should run in a few minutes, so I will post what it shows after this time.

Ok it now shows the following with nothing posted Feeder Next Run: Aug 5, 2013 at 4:42 PM. If I now make it do a manual run it will post the feeds as it should
