Fixed Cron Entry (Run at minutes)

No idea if this is a bug or misinterpreted so going to stick in here till confirmation.

I have set the run at minutes for a cron entry to 0, 15, 30, 45. Assuming 0 would be :00. I.e If the hour is set at 15: then 0 would be 15:00. However, just checked and the next one is running at 15:15 and skipping 15:00 ?

Change log:

Ensure cron entries run at zero valued time units if multiple time values are selected.
