XF 1.5 Cron Entries not happenning

We are having a small problem with our cron entries; they are not happening. The scheduled times are in the past (currently 5th June).

I ran a file health check, and we got this result, which I think might be the cause of it:

deferred.php
File does not contain expected contents.

library/XenForo/BounceParser.php
File does not contain expected contents.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I would suggest downloading a new zip archive from your customer area, extracting those files, and uploading them again.

Ensure you use the same version that you currently have installed.

If you have cPanel, it may be worth uploading the complete zip archive, extracting on the server and replacing all of the files, in case of other issues.
