XF 1.2 Creating a cron entry to run a PHP file.

Okay, I'm flustered. I want to set up a cron to run a simple php file but I don't know how to do this using the XF "Create New Cron Entry". Specifically, I don't know how to get it to call the php file from its location, which is OUTSIDE the library directory.

Any help is appreciated and please, speak to me like I'm five because that's about the level I'm at while working on this!

I use Webmin to run a cron which calls a stand alone PHP script. I would think cPanel would also allow this as well.

Interesting. I hadn't thought of using my cPanel. I was so focused on doing it through XF. I'll give that a shot! Thanks!

edit: For those who wanted to know, there's a place in cPanel where you can do this. cPanel -> Advanced -> Cron Jobs.
