RM 2.3 Create a Resource Privately Before Making It Public?

Does anyone know a way, or is there an addon available, to create a resource privately first and then make it public later?

Create a private resource category and add the resource there.

But then how do I move it to the main category? My goal is to keep it private initially because I need time to write and refine the documentation, or perhaps I want to release it the next day. So I need a way to keep it private and then make it public

Soft-delete it, you can continue to edit it after that.
