Well, since my thread was closed even though it had nothing to do with the launch like the mod said it did but rather the vague comment made, what exactly does the coming soon mean? Because of the legal issue that has arisen, it could mean anything. Some speculate it could still mean today. But isn't it also possible legal counsel could have stated it would be best to hold off?
If I wanted to talk about the launch I would have talked about it. But I wasn't for a reason. Because the thread I made had nothing to do with it, but instead the rather vague comment made about 'Coming Soon'. Which could mean anything.

They have until whenever they feel it's ready to be released.
