Could not delete prefix in Admin CP

I attempted to delete a tag in the Admin CP, but I received this error. Please assist. Thank you.

Which tab/tag did you delete?

It looks like a thread prefix?

Do you have or have you ever had the multiple prefixes add-on installed? If so, this is very likely caused by that.

Yes, Mike, I do. Are you saying I can't delete a prefix if I have that installed?
