converting IPS Addons to XenForo

hi everyone, I'm not a XenForo user but I want to convert my forum to XenForo right now I'm using IPS.
just curious is it possible to convert IPS Plugins to XenForo because I'm using this plugin: https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7369-automation-rules-full/

I searched a lot but can't find any good alternative?
can any developer build it? its very useful

I have a gaming forum wish I can transfer soon, any suggestion?
can't pay much for custom development maybe someone can create these addons, would be useful
