I used the Convert Threads to Resources add-on which was mandatory while Importing VB's DownloadsII and would like to request the opposite, Convert Resources to Threads. I currently have default Icons in the Resource Manager that replaced my existing file thumbnails in DownloadsII for the index and category pages. Did some searching for convert resources to threads but had no luck.
Found a add-on that can use thumbnails in the thread listings which possibly could save me from individually adding thousands of existing thumbnail images as Icons in the RM:
