Conversations and user engagement

On one forum I added a link to the conversations and definitely there are more people using this feature now. Just curious if you have had it any success with making conversations are more important part of your forearm and how you did it.

And a related question is about administration. Maybe it is creepy to allow admins to look at conversations, but seems like it should be possible to do this just to make sure there is no abuse going on. Is it possible in the admin now to look at conversations?

Not without an addon, there are several addons in the RM for that.
