Fixed Conversation Editing should use service framework

Most locations use a service editor object, but XF\Pub\Controller\Conversation::actionEdit does not. This makes extending the 'edit conversation' dialog much harder than it could be.

Hmm, I'm actually surprised to see that. I guess it wasn't deemed meaty enough to go in a service at the time but at the very least it should have been made extendable with the form action system. Service would be better for consistency with everything else though.
