XF 2.0 conversation closed

I am new to Xenforo after converting my forum from smf and I have a member sending me personal messages but all of their messages are coming closed, so I can't reply to it. I can't find any settings and it is just one specific member that this is happening with. Also as an admin can't I unclose it?

That member must be choosing to close the conversation when they create and send it.



There is no way of overriding that.

I was thinking that but couldn't figure out why they were asking a question then locking the conversation. I guess they don't understand the system.
