XF 1.1 Contact Us form / header and footer ?

when clicking the "Contact Us" here at XenForo.com, there is a nice header and footer.
The header is containing the text:

• If you have a general sales inquiry or a question, please feel free to contact us below.
• If you have a technical support issue, please submit a technical support ticket via your customer area.
• A member of staff will get back to you as quickly as possible during regular business hours.

Question:
does XF 1.1 also contain this text as a phrase which we then can adjust to our own individual forum?

That is specific to this site and not part of the core software.

You can always edit your own template to achieve the same result.

hmmm....
would be cool to have this as a field in ACP to enter some HTML for a "Contact Us" header and footer.
