There are plenty of add-on developers that could probably help with a custom bridge for the 3 of them.

As I can see, Sitemile are just a bunch of styles for Wordpress.

Do you need a designer to port Sitemile styles you use to xenForo?

I will most likely need a developer to design xenforo and sitemile to look like my wordpress theme that I have now.
