XF 2.3 Connect 2 Xenforo sites

I have 2 licensed sites. Is it possible via the new tech in 2.3 to have a shared forum and where upgrades could be bought for either site?

I'm not certain I understand, but an upgrade purchased with license A forum cannot be used on the license B forum.
That's not what I'm asking. I just wanted to be clear about two separate forums.

I guess I'd like to bridge much like a xenforo to wordpress bridge my two boards so users could share a forum, single login. Like moderators from both sites being able to collaborate with each other on one of the sites and users on site A being able to buy an upgrade on site B. Or members on site A being logged into site B. As a few examples.

As examples.

This is not possible with just connected accounts.
Only registered users with moderator permissions at site A can moderate site A, only registered users with moderator permissions at site B can moderate site B.

users on site A being able to buy an upgrade on site B.

Or members on site A being logged into site B.

Only users that are logged into site A are logged into site A, only users that are logged into site B are logged into site B.

What connected accounts does offer:
If a user that is registered at site A comes to site B (where he is currently not registered) he can register there without having to choose a password and go through email verification (if required).
When he visits site B afterwards without being logged in there he can log in via site A - if he is logged in at site A at this point it's just a click to log into site B.
Think of it like Login via Google/Facebook/X/Github/Apple,etc. - just with another XenForo instead of those Websites/Services.

That clears up a number of questions. I had hoped that single login and collaboration would be possible.

Thanks for taking the time to explain.
