Confirmation email

    I've been trying to set up my forums with the GMail apps from my domain. I have the following set:

    Default email address: support@skylorenations.com (Same for bounced)

    I chose the SMTP stuff so that info is:

    Smtp: smtp.gmail.com Port: 465

    I put in support@skylorenations.com for the user and <fill in the blank here> for password, then I selected SSL. Am I doing anything wrong?

    Seems to be correct.

    What error are you getting?

    You can often find Mail related errors in the Admin CP > Tools > Server Error Logs

    Well, I'm not getting an error but no one is getting the confirmation email when they register.

    So change it to port 25 and see if that works?

    If not, try disabling SSL to see if that works?
