XF 1.5 Confirmation Email Didn't Working (Webmin+Virtualmin)

Hello,
My forum new users confirmation email did not send by system.
I currently use webmin+virtualmin web panel in Debian stable version server.

Help me to solve this problem.

Forum say conformation mail sent.but it did not received to user email.

Sounds like it's being blocked on the receiving in for spam. If sending to HotMail this is a common issue as Hotmail/Outlook/Live tends to be very restrictive.
You need to make sure you have RDNS set correctly, SPF set and DKIM in operation (and all done correctly). Running your own MTA (mail service) is one of the harder things to configure and can take a semi-constant tweaking to make sure your IP/domain keeps a clean reputation to be able to send to the widest variety of recipients.
