XF 2.2 Configure Amazon SES Help

A few years ago I requested authorization from Amazon SES and I managed to get accepted into their program but then I was never able to configure my forum to send emails through them.
Is there anyone very kind who could help me?

Hi

I created new amazon SES account, verified the domain, created SMTP, and moved the account out of the sandbox. I think that our SES is ready.

Then in Email options, I changed the method to SMTP with SES information:







Now when I try to send test email through Contact page, I got this error in admincp and the message is not delivered to "Contact email address"

Anyone use notification email alerts for when alarms have been triggered? Eg. complaints, bounces,etc.

Once a trigger point is reached, AWS is regularly sending notification emails whilst the trigger range is active. I'd only like a notification once the trigger point is surpassed or dropped below, not continuously. Any pointers on the notification config to achieve, if its possible?

You cannot. You only see it once, when created.
You'll need to create another, or delete the existing and recreate.

Two fields, bounced email address, and bounced handler for mailbox credentials.

the guy who set my system up configured a separate account for bounce address.
he used a free zoho account that by what he told me should be ok as it only receives mail and does not send them.
