XF 1.5 Conditional Statements give error.

I try to add this conditional statements to title,, but i get error.

{xen:helper threadPrefix, $thread}{$thread.title} <xen:if is="{$forum.node_id} == 290">{xen:datetime $thread.post_date, html}<xen:else />

Plz, Where is the error ?
