XF 1.4 Complete import not completing?

I'm testing a live server migration from vbulletin 4.2.0 to xenforo 1.4.3. The import successfully imports all items. Once I hit "Complete Import" it just hangs and eventually throws me a 500 internal server error? I tested multiple imports on localhost using wamp and never ran into this problem. Any help is appreciated.

HTTP 500 error is an error with the web server itself. You need to contact your web host or server admin about this error. The logs on the server should contain more information to know what is causing the error.
