Yesterday, and even today in the morning, I downloaded the patch, and the last one few minutes ago.
In my AdminCP i still have the v2.2.11. Is suppose to be v2.2.14?

I think you’re mixing up the numbers. 2.1’s latest is 2.1.14

2.2’s is 2.2.11, per the announcements.
