Not planned Commenting on individual Updates

Ability to comment on individual updates, excluded from the main resource discussion, as of right now, I'm forced to use disqus as an alternative to this, if this could be included in the core of the RM that would be fab here's a capture of what I'm talking about.

The RM is primarily targeted at downloads and tutorial-like content. The updates tend to reflect changes (not individual news stories) so the existing discussion thread makes sense.

As such, I don't think it makes sense in the RM core and is better positioned as an add-on.
