Fixed Code block colors (aka Prism) & dark styles

Most styling uses style independent colors system, or LESS to pick a color which works. But the Prism-based code-block colors in bb_code.less have a number of hard-coded colors. Ideally these should use the LESS contrast function against the background to ensure the colors are vaguely usable on both light and dark styles
