Anybody heard of it, what do u think, how's this to affect hosting, saving data, bndwth, competition.

I personally think cloud computing is great for sites that need on the fly server processing increases for temporary high loads...I've used it for clients that need more database processing for big events. But for everyday use I have them on real boxes or VPS solutions.
