Implemented Closed thread text is different above and below thread - make it the same?

When a thread is closed, the following text appears upper left above the thread:
Thread Status: Not open for further replies.

The following text appears bottom right below the thread:
(no permission to reply)

The text at the bottom looks more like an afterthought or it hasn't been finished off properly.

This suggestion has been implemented. Votes are no longer accepted.
Yeah it was more to do with the text at the bottom looking a bit unfinished with no initial capital, etc.

I think if a thread is closed, then the bottom message should reflect the top.

If the thread is open, and a group does not have the permission to reply, then it should show: You have No Permission to Reply.

Also this suggestion of yours seems to be implemented Paul? (see also this one).
