Implemented Closed thread text is different above and below thread - make it the same?

When a thread is closed, the following text appears upper left above the thread:
Thread Status: Not open for further replies.

The following text appears bottom right below the thread:
    (no permission to reply)

The text at the bottom looks more like an afterthought or it hasn't been finished off properly.

I think they are 2 different things, as on the announcements forum there is the same thing [almost] at the bottom.

Yeah it was more to do with the text at the bottom looking a bit unfinished with no initial capital, etc.

I think if a thread is closed, then the bottom message should reflect the top.

If the thread is open, and a group does not have the permission to reply, then it should show: You have No Permission to Reply.
