Fixed Clicking the "Save Changes" button rapidly twice returns an "Unspecified Error"

2. Doubleclick the "Save Changes" button
3. It returns an "Unspecified Error"

Now I see you thinking: "Why is this a bug?"

1. It doesn't happen when clicking the "Create Thread" button twice
2. As a website administrator, you like to avoid users seeing Unspecified Errors

Fixed now (by disabling the submit buttons once you have clicked, like the rest of our forms).
